How do Volume Licenses Work?

If someone purchases a volume license, the purchaser's account is created in Loyola Aspire but is not assigned to a course. The purchaser must use the license manager to distribute the courses to the users (students) that will be enrolled in the course.

All users (whether students or purchaser) will receive a confirmation email when their information is entered into the CourseMerchant system whether at checkout or through the license manager.
